We stayed at a cozy family-run hotel just outside Glasgow, which had a lovely lounge area. Enjoyed the free WiFi and the fun pool table. It was a perfect place for our family gathering, especially while visiting my sister nearby.
My kids wished there were more activities available for families. It would be great if they added a play area for children to enjoy during our stay.

Just a good pick for a budget stay in Dumbarton with all in all brilliant value for money. The bar food, especially the haggis and black pudding starters, was really enjoyable after a long day of cycling. Make sure to ask for an extra toilet roll in the room.

Had a great time with friends at this family-run place just outside Glasgow! It’s on the main route to Loch Lomond and the Highlands, which made exploring so easy. The lounge area has Sky Sports and a pool table – perfect for chilling after a day out. Free WiFi was a nice touch too.
The shower in our room fell off the wall, which was a bit of a hassle. Definitely could use some maintenance.

Perfect for a couple's retreat
We had a lovely evening meal in the dining area, service was spot on—waitress was super friendly and even remembered my drink choice from the night before. the breakfast was surprisingly good, freshly made, and got us ready for the day ahead.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

The stay included friendly staff who provided an iron and board, contributing to a comfortable experience. Seasonal products were highlighted in the simple but tasty breakfast, though burnt toast was an unfortunate oversight. road noise from the dual-carriageway and tired facilities detracted from the overall enjoyment, with some plumbing issues adding to the discomfort.
